An issue was resolved where automations using a "Placement Onboarding Status Has Changed" condition failed to trigger when a Placement-based List was used as the automation's source.

What This Fix Means

Placement records that meet list criteria now enter and progress through automations as expected. Automation admins and recruiters who built onboarding workflows on Placement-based Lists can rely on those automations to fire without workarounds.

Existing automations using a Placement-based List with a "Placement Onboarding Status Has Changed" condition will begin processing records correctly after this release with no configuration changes required.
